Rules of currency transfers
1.Foreign currency transfer on the territory of Ukraine – only with an opening of account.
2.Transfer without opening an account ion the territory of Ukraine is done by the Bank only in national currency.
3.Commission for payment.
4. For foreign currency transfers outside Ukraine next rules are set:

List of documents,which confirm that physical persons - residents have grounds for realization of transfer outside Ukraine:
Agreements,checks,letters of calculation, report of legal persons - not residents, letters of advocates, points of claim, invitations, documents, about family relations.Documents must contain: complete name, location of recipient, name of bank and number of account, on which transfer is made, name of currency, sum, which is carried out to payment, setting of payment.
Legalization - grant of legal force documents which were given out on territory of the foreign state.
