Credits

PJSS «CB «Investbank» offers credits to the physical persons for the consumer purposes under the guarantee of any liquid property (real estate, auto transport , money deposits).

The credits are issued in UAH, USD, Euro, RUR.

Maximum credit term- 5years. Prolongation is available;

Interest rates for using the credit:

in the national currency- 20 - 25% per annum;

in the foreign currency - 15 - 18% per annum.

The credit is provided to the physical persons who meet the following criteria:

are registered and have primary employment in the region served by the Bank department;

are of age and capable;

have stable income;

are solvent and can guarantee monthly interest payment.

Documents required:

Statement on the receipt of credit;

Passport of borrower;

Passport of wife;

Certificates about the appropriation of identification numbers;

Testifying to the conclusion of marriage;

Reference from job;

Extract from a labour book for the last 3 years;

Documents, confirmative the right of ownership.

Tariffs of ensurance companies

The clearance of the credit by the debtor starts not later than the 3rd month since the date of credit issuing in compliance with schedule in the credit agreement.

The order of interest payment- monthly, by the 28th of the current month.
