Guarantees and bails

One of the types of the carried out active operations is a grant of guarantees and bails after the third persons, both in national and in foreign currency.

For a guarantee registration necessary terms are:

presence of current accounts.

If a legal entity is not the client of bank, opening of current accounts is needed with the grant of next documents. See the part "Opening an account"....

Balance, form № 2, declaration about gain and losses on the last and preceding it accounting date.

Decoding of debtor, creditor debt on a balance sheet of the enterprise.

Certificates from banks where accounts are opened, about tailings on current accounts, about turns on it in the cut of the last six months, about the state and presence of debt on guarantees, credits upon the date of receipt of certificate.

List of the got and unliquidated credits, guarantees

Grant the copy of contract or other document, which compliances with the legislation of Ukraine valids contract in which a grant a guarantee or copy of tender document is foreseen about the leadthrough of tender.

List of the property offered in gage and documents, confirmative the right of ownership.

Statement about the grant of guarantees, with pointing the obligatory essential elements (on a form of a bank).

Payment is by an arrangement.
